- Parcels are sent using Royal Mail's Guaranteed Saturday Day 1pm service, requiring a signiture on delivery.
- Tracking code provided on dispatch. Email and SMS notification on day of delivery.
- Orders must be placed by 4:00pm Friday to be processed the same working day.
- Orders made after 4pm will be processed the following working day.
- Items are delivered before 1:00pm on Saturday.

Your order will be sent using a Royal Mail tracked service, this provides us with some information on the parcel's status, location and route at up to 5 points along the delivery process. It also allows us to provide you with the same information. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email (please check spam/junk email folders) with a tracking code and instructions on how this information can be retrieved. Not Received Your Delivery?
If you've received an email from us detailing your parcel tracking code and confirming dispatch of your order, your parcel has left us and is with Royal Mail for delivery. You can use the tracking code in this email for more information about your delivery. (It can take up to 24hrs for tracking information to become available). You can also use our website to view order tracking information Track My Order.
If you have not received your parcel by the date expected it is best to contact your nearest Royal Mail Collection Office directly (this is not the same as you local Post Office), quoting your full name as it appears on your order, delivery address and tracking code. They will then be able to update you on the expected delivery time and parcel location (which may be your nearest Royal Mail Collection Office).

Failed/Refused Deliveries & Parcels Not Collected
Royal Mail will try to deliver your order more than once in the event that there is nobody in to sign for it. However, after this time the parcel(s) will be taken back to the nearest Royal Mail collection office for you to pick-up or re-arrange delivery. In the un-likely event that the parcel(s) are not collected from the collection office or is refused on delivery your items will be returned to us marked 'Not Collected'. Items returned to us in this manner may be liable to a £8.00 administration charge at our discretion and will not be eligible for a refund of postage charges.
