Do you have a shop/warehouse I can visit?-+
Yes, we have a shop situated in South Wales which displays many of our products for you to see. Customers are more than welcome to pop in and take a look.
However, our web prices are cheaper, due to the overheads of running a shop. You may also find that some lines won't be available at the shop and are only stocked at our website distribution warehouse.
Yes, our website uses 2048 bit SSL encryption to capture your order details for processing. Our website does not store your credit card information at any point, adding further security to your payment information. All payments are handled by PayPal our chosen payment gateway (though you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay). We do however, store your name, address, telephone numbers and order information to allow us to complete your delivery.

What happens if an item is out of stock?-+
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you as quickly as possible. Our sales team will then help to find a similar replacement item or arrange a complete refund of the out of stock item or order.

Yes! We currently deliver to most of Europe, Australia, USA and Canada.
How can I cancel my order?-+
Orders may be canceled up until the time of dispatch by calling us on 01443 409 000.
If you have received an email quoting your parcel tracking code and notifying you of dispatch, your parcel has already left us via Royal Mail. At this point we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to request a return as detailed on our returns page, when you receive your order.
